We are always looking for the most passionate, highly expert subject teachers to join our small school in South London. Looking for self-aware individuals who can reach beyond the classic setup of a school, we want our new employees to be capable of redefining the educational environment, mindful of research into learning, social systems and attachment-based approaches. We are a Social Enterprise and although we aim to provide an excellent education for young people with an Education, Health & Care Plan, our other objective is to support young people to gain an understanding of who they are, what they need and what they want from society. Our therapeutic approach is infused throughout everything that we do. We embrace the challenges that come from balancing high educational expectations with the need for students to heal the trauma of the past and tackle current problems with social systems.
