Exam Results

Our exam results can be found below and they demonstrate the effort and hard work that the students and staff have put in.   The results tell a story of the difficulties, such as anxiety, that the students have had to learn to cope with.  In many circumstances the results have been really positive, but in others they have provided a stepping stone from which to leap on to further education provision after starting the recovery from trauma.

Attendance figures – 2021/22 academic year

We are still feeling the effects of the pandemic, attendance rates have fallen significantly across the country. We are working in targeted ways to support the raising of attendance, pushing back responsibility to the individual child and working within the areas of sleep, organisation, mood, school/life balance and motivation to create more stability in our young people’s lives. Our Student Support Coordinator works tirelessly with our students and their parents to provide a firm but supportive approach to attendance.

Good attendance and punctuality are important but also significantly difficult in young people with extremely high anxiety levels and anxiety around attending school or being with other students.
