Using PE to improve coordination and physical abilities

PE is provided on a weekly basis as a way to keep fit, release stress and learn to play and compete in different types of sport.  Each student will be supported to develop physical control and coordination, use tactical skills and imaginative responses to team and individual sports and to learn to evaluate and improve their own performance.

A range of sports and activities will be taught such as unihockey, football, yoga, muay thai, badminton and fitness training.  There will also be opportunities to join trips to take part in activities such as BMX and ice skating.
